Join NAMI for a virtual webinar on Saturday, April 25, to learn more about LAIs, what the advantages/disadvantages are, and learn more from peers and family members who have directly been through this treatment. Homefront is a FREE, 6-session educational program for families, caregivers and friends of military service members, and veterans with mental health conditions. Based on the NAMI Family-to-Family Education, NAMI Homefront is designed to address the unique needs of our military community.

Do you have a loved one struggling with a mental health condition and want to learn how to better navigate the situation? Join us for our upcoming Family-to-Family class starting in February

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family, significant others and friends of people with mental health conditions. It is a designated evidenced-based program. This means that research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to a person with a mental health condition. It is taught by NAMI-trained family members who have been there, and includes presentations, discussions and interactive exercises.

Classes will be on Saturdays, 9 am to 12 noon HST

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, eight-session educational program for adults living with mental health conditions, taught by trained leaders with personal lived experience. Learn about things such as navigating the mental health systems, decision making, self-care tools, how to share your story to fight stigma, communication skills, and more!

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a safe, confidential space. The course provides an opportunity for mutual support and growth. Experience compassion and understanding from people who relate to your experiences. This is a place to learn more about recovery in an accepting environment.

Family-to-Family is a FREE, 8 week class that will teach you everything you need to know about mental illness, mental health services, communication skills with loved ones who might not realize they have mental health conditions, self-care, and more!

Join us for NAMI Hearts and Minds, a free 5 week class focused on the impact physical health has on your mental health, and how to improve both simultaneously.

This class will take place virtually on Zoom, and is open statewide. Classes will be weekly on Saturdays, starting October 18th
