NAMIWalks 2020

Even though we weren’t able to gather in person, our community still showed up virtually! The stories shared were inspirational and the wellness sessions filled the gap that so many of us needed. In case you weren’t able to attend, our virtual program is on Youtube. Give yourself a mini retreat and take the time to watch it. It is filled with so many resources on achieving mental wellness including meditation, nutrition & the gut, self massage, art and expression, living a purposeful life, and more!

Hopefully we can all gather together again next year. I am looking forward to it!

Thank you so much to my volunteers, speakers, and sponsors. I could not have done this without the help and support of all of you. We should all be so proud.

Feeling so grateful to be a part of this community with you. Thanks for always showing up.

Lots of love,
Anisa
