With the pandemic still underway, in 2021 NAMI Hawaii opted for another virtual walk program, where our community would meet on Zoom for a short program and then go out and celebrate Walk Day with family, sharing their walk experience on social media. This year’s program started with an Aloha Chant led by our leaders at NAMI Big Island:

For this year’s walk, we wanted to honor the students of Hawaii as our honorary chair, as the pandemic has caused a lot of changes in their life. We hosted a competition for projects relating to mental health, and below are the winners of the competition:
