
NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, eight-session educational program for adults living with mental health conditions, taught by trained leaders with personal lived experience. Learn about things such as navigating the mental health systems, decision making, self-care tools, how to share your story to fight stigma, communication skills, and more!
NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a safe, confidential space. The course provides an opportunity for mutual support and growth. Experience compassion and understanding from people who relate to your experiences. This is a place to learn more about recovery in an accepting environment.
Classes will run on Saturdays, from January 17th to March 7th. They will be held online via Zoom, so you can attend from anywhere on any island! Just reach out to Dominique to register:
